The first few weeks with your newborn are a blur of sleepy snuggles, tiny fingers wrapped around yours, feeding sessions on the sofa and moments of overwhelming love. It’s a fleeting season of life, right now it might feel ordinary but one day they’ll be the memories you treasure the most.
That’s why I do what I do. My in-home newborn sessions aren’t about perfect poses or props—they’re about capturing your story. The way your baby’s tiny fingers wrap around yours. The way their nose crinkles when they stretch. The way you look at them and feel like your heart could burst.

Whether it’s cuddles on the couch, quiet feedings in the nursery, or tiny feet peeking out as they sleep in their Moses basket, we’ll capture the details that speak to your heart.
You don’t need to prepare or worry about a thing. I’ll guide you through the process and work at baby’s pace, creating a space where everyone feels comfortable and connected.

As a mum of two, I understand that life with a newborn can feel like a whirlwind. That’s why I’ll guide you every step of the way, ensuring your session is relaxed, enjoyable, and filled with love.

A Pre-Session Chat
Before the big day, we’ll connect to talk through any questions you have. Together, we’ll plan how to make the most of our time, focusing on what’s most important to you.
Style Guide
I’ll provide a simple, thoughtful Style Guide to make choosing outfits stress-free. The goal is timeless, natural looks that keep the focus on your family and your little one.
Relax
There is no need to worry about having a spotless house; I’m here to capture the heart of your home. I’ll find the best spots with beautiful light to create authentic, heartfelt images.
Older Siblings Welcome
Worried about how your toddler or older child might behave? Don’t be! With over 10 years of teaching experience, I have plenty of tricks to keep them engaged, happy, and part of the magic. I’ll also give you tips for preparing them so they feel included and excited.
Your Newborn Session - Relaxed, baby-led and entirely about connection
Bringing your memories to life
These early days with your baby are fleeting, and my goal is to help you soak in every precious moment. My approach is rooted in patience, flexibility, and care, working entirely around your newborn’s needs.
Our session will last a couple of unhurried hours, giving us plenty of time for cuddles, feeds, and nappy changes. You’ll simply enjoy bonding with your little one while I capture the beauty of those tiny features, gentle yawns, and peaceful stretches. Every moment—big or small—will be documented with love and care.
What happens next?
After our session, you’ll return to your newborn bubble while I curate your gallery of stunning, heartfelt images. Within two weeks, you’ll receive a private link to view your photographs.
Prepare for happy tears as you relive these cherished early days captured in your beautiful home. Your gallery will be a treasure trove of memories—moments frozen in time that tell the story of your growing family.
You’ll then select your favourite images, which will be yours to keep forever; a tangible keepsake that grows more meaningful with every passing year.
Most families then go on to book their next family session with me. Whether you choose to capture your growing family every year or more often you can be sure that every session will be unique and tell your unfolding family story.

It is never too early, or late, to book your in-home session. Maternity sessions are scheduled for 32-38 weeks and we can pencil you in for a newborn session 7-14 days after your due date, but there is always flexibility in my calendar as I know new arrivals don't often come on schedule.
